Connect your AI
Try it as a customer, or share it with your team
Which link to send a colleague, and what the customer link shows them.
Which link to share
A connection link is the web address you paste into Claude or ChatGPT so it can reach your guide. There are two, and only one of them is for sharing.
| Link and where it is | Who it is for |
|---|---|
| Your build link (private), on the Build connection page | Only you. It works only with a Forge sign-in, and through it your assistant changes your guide, so keep it to yourself. |
| Customer link (safe to share), on the Links page | Your team. It needs no sign-in, shows sample data, and nobody using it can change your guide. |
Find the link
Open the Links page and look for the "Customer link" card. It gives you a link that needs no sign-in, so you can paste it into any assistant and try it right away.
What people see
- Only the customer-facing tools, such as browsing offers.
- Sample data only.
- No editing. Nobody using the link can change your guide.
The same link works for AI agents that work on their own. They get plain answers with no visuals.
Keep it private
The link stops working when your preview ends.
Give a colleague their own sign-in
The customer link is for trying your guide. If a colleague should also be able to change it, they need their own sign-in.
0 of 3 done
- Tell your contact your colleague's work email.
- Your contact invites them directly.
- Your colleague gets their own sign-in email. They do not need to fill in a sign-up form.
