Something isn't working
Quick fixes for the most common problems.
Common problems
| What's happening | Try this |
|---|---|
| Your assistant doesn't see Forge | Start a new chat and check that the connector is turned on for it. |
| Your sign-in link expired | Links last 15 minutes. Go to the sign-in page and request a new one. |
| Your assistant says there is no project | You are probably signed in with a different email. Sign in with the address your invite was sent to. |
| The menu says "· locked" | Open your project, scroll to the end of the agreement and choose "Accept". |
| Your assistant asks you to accept the agreement | Open the Studio link it gives you, accept the agreement it shows you, then ask again. |
| You're out of build calls | Reading and trying still work. Choose "Book a walkthrough with dfinitiv", or ask your contact for more. |
| A change isn't showing | Reload the page in your browser, then check Versions on the Preview page to see whether it was saved. |
Check that your guide works
The Health page tells you whether your guide works in Claude and in ChatGPT. Choose "Check again" to see the latest.
